Matexi: Project Artémis, Ukkel - Exterior

The project is located next to the Bois de la Cambre in Uccle. With both a street side and a shared park, this was a nice location for a 3D visualization. The complex consists of 20 apartments, 3 commercial spaces and a sports pavilion. For this project I started from Autocad plans. With our extensive 3D workflow, we can create a visualization of just about any source.

At the start, not many materials were defined yet, but thanks to the many interim renders, the architects were able to choose the right material finishes with certainty about the end result.
